Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Manasanta ("we", "us", "our") through manasanta.in or under a written engagement. Because we provide customised IT and software development services, the following terms apply.

1. Nature of Services

Our services are project-based and delivered against an agreed scope. Work often begins immediately after confirmation and consumes time and resources that cannot be recovered. This policy balances fairness to clients with the reality of custom work.

2. Cancellation by the Client

• Before work begins: If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, less any payment-gateway charges that are non-refundable.
• After work begins: If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to the date of cancellation on a pro-rata basis. Any remaining balance from your advance will be refunded.
• Completed milestones: Fees for milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• A duplicate or accidental payment was made.
• You were charged an amount different from the agreed and confirmed quote.
• We are unable to deliver the agreed services and no acceptable alternative is arranged.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Work already completed and delivered.
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., domains, hosting, paid licences, subscriptions).
• Payment-gateway or transaction fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email us at admin@manasanta.in with your name, payment reference/transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay) within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
