1. Delivery of Services
All services and deliverables (such as source code, applications, designs, documentation, and access credentials) are delivered electronically — via email, a shared repository (e.g., GitHub), cloud storage, or by deployment to an agreed hosting environment.
2. Delivery Timelines
- The estimated timeline for each project is stated in the written proposal or agreement.
- Typical timelines range from 1 to 8 weeks depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
- Larger or ongoing engagements are delivered in agreed milestones.
- Consulting and support hours are scheduled and delivered as agreed with the client.
3. Confirmation and Access
Upon completion of a project or milestone, we notify you by email and provide the relevant deliverables or access. Deployment to your own accounts or servers requires you to provide the necessary access in advance.
4. Delays
Timelines assume timely feedback, approvals, content, and access from the client. Delays in these, or changes to scope, may extend the delivery schedule. We will communicate any revised timelines promptly.
5. No Physical Shipping
As our services are entirely digital, there are no shipping charges, courier services, or physical delivery timelines. Any reference to "shipping" in payment or checkout flows should be understood as electronic service delivery as described above.
