2. Quotes and Engagement

All prices shown on this website are indicative. A binding quote is provided in writing before work begins. Work commences only after the agreed advance payment (if any) is received and the scope is confirmed.

3. Payments

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments may be made online through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, or via other methods we specify.
• Milestone or advance payments, where applicable, are described in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to information, content, credentials, and feedback reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, tools, and non-client-specific components. Third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on or integrate third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of such third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
